Article

The challenge here was to transform the Gashouder in Amsterdam into a multifunctional space. A combination of networking and catering, a live tv award show and an afterparty for 900 people was requested in the briefing. The audience was received, accredited and led into the networking space around the tv show. After a snack and a drink, everyone was escorted into the central studio space, where the recordings for the Gouden Loeki awards were done in about one hour. In the meantime, the network space was quietly transformed into one of the largest cafes in Amsterdam. After the recordings, the audience was welcomed in the bar to reflect on the show and congratulate the winners. And in the meantime, the studio space was quickly converted to host the afterparty.
